ok an iso isn’t a video file its a cd image which needs to be either burnt or extracted or mounted onto a virtual drive. i’d recommend downloading isobuster to extract, nero to burn if you’re burner burns blu ray or daemon tools to mount it.

you have to have a blu-ray burner, a blank blu-ray disc to burn the ISO image to, and alcohol 120 or a program like it to burn the image. if you don’t have a blu-ray burner or a blank blu-ray disc, you can extract the image using winrar. if it won’t play on your standard player, download VLC media player. it plays almost anything! that’s the only player i use.

you’ll need to mount the iso using a virtual drive capable of virtualizing a BD drive. the two that i know of are:

DAEMON Tools Pro version 4.30.0302 (the standard/older/free versions will not work)
    Virtual CloneDrive 5.3.0.0 BETA

you’ll also need software capable of BD playback. i cant answer for this yet.
